One of the easiest way to engage with your loyal Shopify shoppers is through Twitter. Twitter has more than 200 million users monthly. It provides a quick platform to tweet promotions out and keep existing (and potential) clientele up to date with your merchandise in your online store.
Twitter had also become somewhat of a customer service portal: people feel comfortable in sharing their thoughts in just 140 characters.
The key is to appear approachable and provide not only daily promotions but some valuable content through your Twitter channel.
