A recent BDC study surveying 1,500 entrepreneurs showed that businesses that invest in digital have better results on all fronts, including growth, resiliency and exporting.
Conversely, businesses that have been slow to invest do not perform as well. Nearly a third of them even saw their revenues decline last year.
Over the last three years, Canadian businesses have made great strides in digitizing their operations, with an average investment of $118,000 in 2021 alone.
